Bow hunters have a unique opportunity to hunt
hogs on a beautiful 508 acre ranch. Richard
Smith, the owner, wants to develop a long term
relationship with responsible outdoorsmen and
women who appreciate nature as he does.
Comfortable and clean lodging is furnished. There
is an attached covered porch with a picnic table
and chairs. A rustic gazebo offers additional cover
for outdoor cooking on a charcoal grill and
barbecue pit. Come, relax, sit around the
campfire, and enjoy the outdoors.

Our most popular bow hunts start the day
after Christmas and slow down when the
weather warms up in March - April. We
encourage the pistol and gun hunters to
come April, May, June time to help reduce the
hog population before the hot summer time.
Check the moon phase weekends and bring
extra corn to bait the hogs. We do not mix the
bow only with gun hunters. The gun hunting
price is the same as the bow hunts (with a
one hog a day exception). During July and
August it is hot in Texas and our fall time of
year is busy with deer hunting.
